Activate your Connected device

In a few easy steps, you can activate your connected devices purchased from Bell:

• Arlo Go 2
• Bell Connected Car Plug-in
• Samsung SmartThings Tracker
• Connected Laptop

To complete the activation, you’ll need the following on hand:

• The device IMEI number (located on the back of the device, under the battery pack, or on the packaging)
• A SIM card or eSIM (EID number) as required
• If activating a prepaid plan, you’ll also need a credit card
