Active Weather Events

We are actively monitoring the current weather in Southern Quebec and Eastern Ontario. Our teams are ready to respond to keep our customers connected. 

What we are doing to mitigate service impacts:

Wireless sites are configured to maximize battery life in case of commercial power outages.

We are ready to deploy batteries and generators where it is safe to do so to keep services running in the event of network interruptions.

In the event of a major service disruption, we will coordinate with our network partners to ensure we can respond quickly and collaboratively.

There are currently no impacts on our Bell networks in Ontario.
