- Fire and flood alerts are only available with the Good, Better and Best packages.
- The Smart Home touchscreen isn’t available with the Starter package.
- Available with Video and Automation, Better and Best packages only. Video monitoring requires a home Wi-Fi connection.
- Use of these devices will count towards your monthly Internet usage. Out of home, Apple mobile devices requires a Wi-Fi or network connection and data rates will apply. Included with the Video and Automation and Best packages. A $5/mo. automation add-on is required for Good and Better packages. As of June 13, 2023, Google no longer supports the linking of Bell Smart Home products (e.g., Alarm.com) to Google Assistant.
