To activate on a Bell or Lucky plan, you need:

  • - A physical SIM card from your flight attendant

Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with LTE AWS (1700 MHz) or LTE 700 MHz bands, or UMTS/HSPA compatible on 850/1900 MHz bands. See your phone’s user guide for information about network compatibility.

An eSIM is a digital SIM that’s built into certain devices, allowing you to activate a second number on your device without removing your existing physical SIM card.

Yes, you can activate more than one device on our exclusive rate plans. You must activate each device individually by placing separate orders, each using a unique credit card.
