Eligibility

  • You can enjoy exclusive savings for yourself and up to five friends or family members.
  • To see if your company or association is part of the program, visit bell.ca/epp, click Sign up and scroll to the search field called Company or association name. Here, simply type three or more letters of your company or association name. If eligible, you will be able to select the company/association from the search results.
  • Discounts are available for Bell Mobility only. Discounts are not available for residential services.
  • If your company/association is not a partner, let us know by completing the site feedback form at the bottom of the website. In the meantime, explore Bell Mobility plans to get on Canada’s best national network, and check back with the Exclusive Partner Program later as we continue to expand.

Program registration

  • Visit the Bell Exclusive Partner Program website at bell.ca/epp, click Sign up and follow the steps to register. You’ll need to upload proof of employment/membership with one of our partners. Once registered, your email address becomes your login for bell.ca/epp.
  • Valid proof of employment includes: IDs, badges, work schedules, letters of employment.
  • Valid proof of membership includes: IDs, badges, proof of membership fee payment.
  • You can upload JPG or PDF files through a mobile device or computer.
  • Log in to bell.ca/epp using your registered email address, click Email me an offer code, select your account type, then click Get an offer code. You’ll receive a unique, six-digit offer code by email. Provide the offer code when ordering (call us at 1-833-314-3189) to get your exclusive savings.

Offer codes

  • Log in to bell.ca/epp using your registered email address, click Email me an offer code, select your account type, then click Get an offer code. You’ll receive a unique, six-digit offer code by email.
  • An offer code is generally valid for 30 days. The offer code email will also note the expiry date.
  • You can log back into bell.ca/epp and click Email me an offer code to request a new code.

Orders and activations

  • Once you have an offer code, contact us to place your order and enjoy your exclusive savings: call us at 1-833-314-3189.
  • A customer that is new to Bell Mobility and looking to activate a phone line is considered a new activation.
  • Yes. You can keep your number and switch from a Bell consumer plan to a Bell Exclusive Partner Program plan. A $50 account migration fee applies.
  • Please note: if you signed up for Bell SmartPay (monthly device payments), your device must be paid off before switching to the Exclusive Partner Program.
  • Yes. You can port your number from any Canadian service provider into the Bell Exclusive Partner Program.
  • A $70 Connection Service Fee applies to each new activation or device upgrade. If you switch from a Bell consumer plan to a Bell Exclusive Partner Program plan, a $50 account migration fee applies.

Managing my account and services

  • Log in to bell.ca/epp using your registered email address, then click Email me an offer code. Select Add a line to my existing Bell account, then click Get an offer code. You’ll receive a unique, six-digit offer code by email. Provide the offer code when ordering (call us at 1-833-314-3189) to get your exclusive savings.
  • Log in to bell.ca/epp using your registered email address, then click Email me an offer code. Select Upgrade my Bell device, then click Get an offer code. You’ll receive a unique, six-digit offer code by email. Provide the offer code when ordering (call us at 1-833-314-3189) to get your exclusive savings.
  • You can add Roam Better in MyBell or by texting ROAM to 8000.
  • You can add a smartwatch plan in MyBell or by calling 1-833-314-3189.
  • Please note: the Exclusive Partner Program does not currently offer discounts for smartwatches and smartwatch plans.
  • You can switch to another eligible rate plan at any time in MyBell or by calling 1-833-314-3189.
  • Please note: if you signed up for Bell SmartPay (monthly device payments), you can only choose from SmartPay rate plans until your device is paid off.
