    Bell SmartPay is available with new activations (or eligible upgrades) on eligible 2-year rate plans. Amortized taxes on the financed amount (before deferred amount) are payable with your monthly device payments. Purchase financing provided by Bell Mobility, on approved credit. Cost of borrowing is $0. If you end your Service Agreement early or you change your rate plan to a non-eligible rate plan, you will need to pay an early cancellation fee. The early cancellation fee consists of your remaining device payments and the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) if you received one at the time of purchase. The Device Return Option deferred amount (if applicable) will also come due. Existing Bell customers who choose to switch to the Bell Exclusive Partner Program are subject to a $50 migration fee, and will be required to pay out their device balance if they are moving before the end of their contract.
